Thank you for choosing to book "Away From it All" Cabin. We are Sam and Peggy Feazel, missionaries to Honduras with Ignite Missions, where we reside most of the year. Since we are out of country, we prayerfully decided to rent out our cozy cabin in the states that God miraculously blessed us with and in turn want to bless you. This is a ministry to us.
Our goal is to give you a Home Away from Home that is fully furnished and live in ready, so you can sit back and relax. All you need to bring is food and personal items. We hope your time in our Cabin brings you great joy filled with lots of fun memories.

In order to give you the best possible get away experience in Away from it All, please take the time to read our Guest Manual below that will give you instructions and activities to do in the surrounding areas.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
ARRIVAL
5980 Greenvale Rd., Watertown, TN. 37184
Drive up paved driveway
Park in front of garage
Climb up stairs and enter through door
Follow directions on sign beside door
Code is last 4 digits of phone number used to book
One Camera above garage
Alternate parking entrance up hill
Problems Entering with Access Code
Connect to Wifi with password "awayfromitall"

CHECK IN
4:00pm is check in time
Will message if you can check in ealier
​
CHECK OUT
9:00am is check out time
Will message if a late check out is possible
1. LINENS (Gather used linens and place them in washroom)
2. TRASH (Gather all trash and place in outside trash cans)
3. DISHES (Place all dishes in dishwasher and turn on)
4. PETS (Please clean up pet hair and droppings in the yard)
5. SURVEY (Please fill in Departure Survey before leaving)
Survey is used for feedback and preparing for the next guest

DEPOSIT
Will be refunded 7 days after departure with vrbo
​
COMMUNICATION
9am information message day before arrival
6pm information message day before departure
All communication is in one place on booking app

PARTYING
No loud partying on deck
Neighbors are far away but can hear music
Mountains allow for easy echo of sounds
​
MOWING
In summer grass is mowed on Monday or Tuesday
Will not bother you and takes about 2 hours
TELEVISIONS
Apps are signed into with owner accounts
Do not sign out of apps for use with next guest
You Tube TV, Netflix, Disney, and Apple provided
Restart TV if problems arise

THERMOSTATS
One Thermostat Upstairs and one Downstairs
Keep both running to warm or cool house
BOUNDARIES
Only walk on properties 12 acres
Side boundaries are bridge to mowed area
Back boundary is up mountain to logging trail
No hiking down the creek
Creek has designated play area
​
WILDLIFE
Expect wildlife and insects
Be aware of snakes in the creek
Watch birds, squirrels, and chipmunks from cabin
Bring Black Oil Sunflower Seeds to attract the wildlife
Front porch light on at night to see flying squirrels
PHONE
Very weak Cell Phone Coverage at Cabin
Best signal is on front porch
Activate wifi calling on phone text and calls
Usb Phone charging stations provided

LIGHTS
All tree and cabinet string lights are on a timer
Turn on at 5:00pm and off at 10:00pm
Kitchen under counter lights can manual turn on by
Pressing side button on switch plug under plates
Light switches in Great Room have dimmers
BATTERIES
In case the Dead Bolt Lock and Smoke Alarms beep
Front Door Dead bolt lock takes 4 - AA Batteries
Smoke Alarm takes 1 -9 Volt Battery
Batteries are in Kitchen Junk Drawer

HOT TUB
Hot tub sits 6 with no pets allowed
Never push the Mode button
Mode Button is covered with black tape
Pushing Mode Button will make water stagnant
Drained and cleaned for each guest
OUTDOORS
Walk up mountain from behind cabin for a hike or picnic
Igloo Cooler, Lawn Chairs, and Picnic Backpack provided
Please clean backpack after using
Property is past fence to logging trail at top of mountain
Logging trail can be hiked
Yard has tire Swing and Fire Pit area

TRASH
Trash Cans are on side back deck
No trash pick up in the area
Short term renters
Do not need to dispose of trash
Long term renters
During stay can dispose of trash at Statesville dump
Strong Trash Bags provided
Leftover trash will be disposed of after your departure
Open 7am to 5pm daily
Note
Please let us know if you are unable to dispose of trash
Can have someone drop by to pick it up

HOUSE RULES
Smoking is not allowed in house
Drugs are not allowed on premises
Loud Parties are not permitted
Stay within boundaries of property
Injuries are covered by insurance of rental
Guest are responsible for damaged items
Fill in Departure Form before leaving Cabin

Airbnb Host Protection Plan covers all injuries
Seek medical attention quickly
Take photos and contact owner
Submit claim through Booking platform

Airbnb has Host Guarantee Program
Vrbo accepts $500 damage deposit
Reimbursed 7 days after departure
